Integrated Home For Destitute Children And Old Age Persons

Integrated complex of special homes for senior citizens and destitute children supported by Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of Tamilnadu. This home provides basic amenities like food, shelter, education and fulfills basic needs of the children and old age persons. Children consist of orphans and marginalized community. HEADS provide education, psycho – social support, health care facilities to the inmates of the integrated home. Children and old age people who are residing at Kulithalai, Thogamalai, and K.R. Puram and Kadavur revenue blocks of Karur District. Children of single parent or semi orphaned children in the age group of 5 -18 have been taken care of by HEADS. The Food, Shelter ,Education, Nutrition and recreational facilities for 25 children.it is being monitored by District child protection Unit and District Child Welfare Committee.In the same way ,25 senior citizens have been provided with the above mentioned facilities and they are being provided with due care for their well being.It is being monitored by District Social Welfare Board.
